I've had "Danny" since she was 3 months old, she was an orphan. I think that Danny is one of the prettiest horses that I've ever seen! I trained Danny myself and I take pride in the fact that she is one hell of a horse.
Danny was sold to Darwin Hargrave with the understanding that
Cactus Ridge Ranch would have first buy back option
should the need to sell Danny ever arose.
This is documented in a signed contract.
Darwin Hargrave sold Danny to Earl Warner Jr. in Magnolia Tx 8/8/04.
This was a breach of contract.
We are looking into the legal ramifications.
