"Poppy" is a doll! She's a very special filly!
When we got Poppy, she was not halter broke but now she leads like a pro!
Poppy has wonderful bloodlines and we hope that she'll do well in the show ring. Our expectations for Poppy are for her to Halter and then do some performance. We feel that she'll do well at trail and possibly reining. We have yet to see if she has any "cow sense" and if she does, that's another area we'll pursue.

Poppy has learned to pick up all 4 feet, the leads and is very friendly and loving. She really loves to be scratched and fussed over.

Poppy has been started under saddle and is progressing nicely.
We have not "ridden" her as she's just getting used to the weight of the saddle and to the bit.
We like to take our time with the youngun's, to go at their pace.
Poppy lunges and walks in hand under full tack without batting an eyelash.
We will gradually introduce her to the weight of a human and then while ponying her, we'll see how she goes with a rider aboard.

Poppy has the bloodlines to be a great cow horse!
