Sonny has found his "Forever Home"!!

The above picture was taken upon our arrival
to deliver Sonny to Miss Michelle.
She is Sonny's new momma.
We had forgotten to grab the digital camera in our rush to get Sonny to his new home, so the next best thing... Sara's camera phone!
Michelle's mom had been searching high and low for a gentle horse so that they could ride in the pasture together. She came upon an ad placed by Yvonne in the Horse Swapper and placed a call.
Things weren't turning out well until Yvonne mentioned our ad...
Andrea, Michelles's mom, called us and came out that weekend to visit.
It was love at first sight!
That Sunday, June 13th, we made the journey to East Texas
to take Sonny to his "Forever Home".
It was pouring rain and we were all soaked, but it was well worth it!!!
Sonny met his new friend, Spurs, and it was as if they've been together for their whole lives! Not a squeal, not a stomp, nor was there a snort.
They went about grazing like they've been there before. It was amazing!
We thank you, Andrea and Michelle, for giving Sonny what every animal deserves, a loving forever home.
We love you, Sonny. Be safe.
